Our two year course of study includes individual and dual sports, combatives, indoor and outdoor team sports, aquatics, gymnastics/tumbling, dance and fitness. Our program offers students a chance to pursue goals that enhance each students life long interest in activities, personal fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
